#15 Still running

I have really gotten back into running lately. OK, I missed Sunday and Monday, but I ran Saturday and today (Tuesday). I am doing a loop of about 2.5 miles, although I haven't measured it. It takes me about 25 minutes, or a little less, if I am feeling good. And I certainly feel good on the days that I run.
I also feel good on days that I meditate, making today a red-letter day, since I did both.
I also picked up my motorcycle from the repair shop this morning. It was a rather cold and misty day to ride, but I am glad to have it back.
I graded a lot of papers this afternoon, but I have plenty more to go.
